356 Pre A Speedster

Reference exhibits

In 1948, Porsche produced its first sport car, Porsche 356. This 356 was produced in 1955. An export hit, built in response to customer demand: the American importer Max Hoffman requested a Porsche with an affordable price tag for his market. With a spartan equipment specification, the 356 Speedster was the answer. But the lightweight car was a big hit in the USA. It was used mainly for motor racing and soon became a regular feature in the motor sport scene.

The third generation Cayenne, successor model from the Stuttgart-based sports car manufacturer, is a completely new development and will combine even more of the typical Porsche performance with excellent everyday practicality. Its powerful turbo engine, new eight-speed Tiptronic S gearbox, new chassis systems and innovative display and control concept with total connectivity will take both sport and comfort to the next level. The newly developed six-cylinder three-litre turbo engine produces 250-kW (340 hp), delivering 29 kW (40 hp) more than the previous model. JPPanamera Turbo S E-Hybrid

Currently available

With an unprecedented combination of performance, comfort and efficiency, the new 500 kW (680 hp) Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid highlights the importance of electromobility at Porsche. For the first time, the Stuttgart-based sports car manufacturer has made a plug-in hybrid the top model in a model line. The Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid – capable of top speeds of up to 310 km/h – is powered by an electric motor (100 kW/136 hp) and a V8 turbo petrol engine (404 kW/550 hp). The performance-oriented boost strategy of this engine combination was first designed for the 918 Spyder, a Porsche super sports car. This Gran Turismo model has an electric range of up to 50 kilometres for emission-free local driving.

At the same time, the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid Sport Turismo, with 340 kW/462 hp, is more versatile than any other model in its class.

Macan

Currently available

The Macan is the sportscar of the compact SUV segment. A Porsche through and through, the Macan is setting benchmarks in terms of driving dynamics and enjoyment – both on paved streets and off-road terrain. It brings together the most powerful engine range in its class with the sporty seven-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK). The range of equipment fitted on the Macan as standard is extensive, and includes the all-wheel drive, PDK, multi-function sport steering wheel with shift paddles, large wheels, high-performance audio system and an electrically operated tailgate.

Macan GTS

Currently available

With the Macan GTS, Porsche is presenting the tenth member of the GTS family and at the same time the sportiest Macan version. Like its siblings, it offers superior driving dynamics combined with exclusive GTS design. The V6 bi-turbo engine in the GTS produces 360 hp while torque now increases to 500 Nm. The result becomes apparent in significantly more spirit. In addition, a PASM chassis with sportier tuning and lowered ride height, together with fine adjustment of the electronics, increase agility in handling. Typical of the GTS design are the black highlights, which also appear in the standard Sport Design package. Standard features include 20-inch wheels as well as the special GTS sport seats.

911 GT3

Currently available

The Porsche 911 GT3 delivers motorsport-like performance, a systematic lightweight construction and an unfiltered driving experience. In the new generation of the radical 911, the connection between everyday driving and the racetrack is even more intense. At the heart of the latest enhancement beats a four-litre flat engine. The high-revving naturally aspirated engine with 368 kW (500 hp) is virtually a carbon copy of that in the thoroughbred 911 GT3 Cup racing car. The redesigned chassis with rear-axle steering and the systematic lightweight construction are specifically configured to convert the engine power into superior driving dynamics.

718 Cayman S

Currently available

With the 718 Cayman, Porsche is continuing the generation change for the mid-engine sports car. Like the 718 Boxster, the two-seat mid-engine coupé is propelled by new turbo flat engines with four cylinders. 718 Cayman S with its 2.5-litre, four-cylinder flat engine with VTG (variable turbine geometry) turbocharger produces 257 kW (350 hp). This corresponds to 18 kW (25 hp) more than the previous figure. Added to this is up to 90 Nm more torque even at below 2,000 rpm. More power right from the start, more output for cornering fun. With the changeover in generation, the Coupé is now priced below the Roadster – similar to the 911 models.

718 Boxster S

Currently available

Twenty years after the first Boxster made its debut, Porsche is introducing a generation change that also changes the model designation. Porsche is thus continuing the tradition of four-cylinder flat engines in its 718 mid-engine sports cars which made racing hisotry back In the 1950s and 1960s. The 718 Boxster S attains 257 kW (350 hp) from 2.5 litres of displacement and also uses a turbocharger with variable turbine geometry (VTG).

911 GT3 Cup

Reference exhibits

With the new 911 GT3 Cup, the Porsche motorsport department has developed the next generation of the production-style GT racing car for the global brand cups. The 1200-kilogram one-seater is powered by a four-litre flat engine delivering 357 kW (485 hp) and variable inlet and outlet camshaft control.
