Visitor Services

Information Desk

Information Desks will be available at four visitor entrance gates (Center, West 1F, East, East sub-entrance). Inside the venue, four additional Information Desks will be available in the Entrance Hall (2nd floor), West Exhibition Hall Atrium (1st floor), East Exhibition Hall Galleria (1st floor), and New East Exhibition Hall Link Space. The main Information Desk located in the 2F Entrance Hall will also provide assistance to lost children.

Shuttle Bus Service

Free shuttle bus service will be available from October 28, connecting the East and West Exhibition Halls. A new shuttle
bus stop will be added at West Hall 4, in addition to the three available (West Hall 1, East Hall 1 and 3) previously.

Japanese Motor Vehicles Guidebook

The Japanese Motor Vehicles Guidebook Vol. 64 2017-2018, the only complete almanac of domestically produced vehicles, will be available at sales stands in four locations (East Hall 2, 5, 7 and West Exhibition Hall Atrium), along with the popular cloth Eco-Bags (¥300) and Nikkan Jidosha Shimbun’s official guide, the “Tokyo Motor Show Guide 2017” (Supervision: Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc.; Price: ¥600, tax included). Holders of Japanese Motor Vehicles Guidebook coupons can exchange their coupons for a copy of the Guidebook at these sales stands.

Infant and Toddler Nursery Service Center

A nursery service center for feeding and changing diapers will be available at the East Exhibition Hall East Hall 1 (1st floor) entrance. Nursing staff will be stationed there for the duration of the Show to provide babysitting services for children aged 3 through 6 years.

Conditions
  • Age limit: 3-6 years old.
  • Maximum capacity at one time is 16 children (subject to change depending on age of children).
  • Parent/guardian must show his/her ID at the reception counter.
  • Facilities can be used free of charge for up to 2 hours.

Parcel Delivery Services

Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport delivery services (excluding COD services) will be available at the the Visitor & Business Center, located in the 2F Entrance Hall. All three convenience stores located within Tokyo Big Sight will also offer delivery services (Yamato Transport at FamilyMart and Seven-Eleven, Yu-Pack at Lawson).

Visitor & Business Center

The Visitor & Business Center, located in the 2F Entrance Hall, will provide, for a fee, support for business needs. Services include photocopying, faxing, public wireless Internet, meeting rooms, computer spaces, data output, large-scale printing and panel creation, speedy business-card printing, lamination, rental services (please ask for details), as well as cloakroom and storage services.

ATM Service

ATMs for Mizuho Bank, Tokyo Star Bank, Seven Bank, and Japan Post Bank will be located in the 2F Entrance Hall. Convenience stores located within Tokyo Big Sight will also offer ATM service that accepts cards from major city banks and other partner banks.

Rest Area/Welfare Facilities

The outdoor areas (West Exhibition Hall Rooftop Exhibition Area, the bus stop near East Hall 1, and the area between the East Exhibition Hall and New East Exhibition Hall) will be available for use as rest areas. Temporary eateries set up as part of “Gourmet Kingdom 2017” will also be available. Rest areas will offer rest spaces for general use as well as priority seats for elderly visitors.

Medical First Aid Center

Medical first-aid centers will be set up at the East Exhibition Hall, West Exhibition Hall, and New East Exhibition Hall (one center at each). Nurses will be on standby during Show hours to treat sudden illnesses and injuries. The centers will be open from October 25 (Wed.) through November 5 (Sun.)

Blood Drive and Bone Marrow Bank

At the request of the Japanese Red Cross Society, two blood-drive buses allowing visitors to donate blood will be set up throughout the nine General Public Days, October 28 through November 5, on the east side of the East Exhibition Hall Galleria (first floor) and outside the West Exhibition Hall Atrium. (In 2015 at the 44th Tokyo Motor Show, 1,422 blood donors and 163 bone marrow donors donated.)
