It also achieves high levels of safety, usability and functionality through advances in basic performance, including with an improved refuse compression ratio and increased body capacity and rigidity.

LED working lights that help ensure safe work and a rust-resistant, press structure tailgate with excellent rigidity are included as standard to achieve both a functional design and substantial equipment.

Flat Panel Gull-Wing Semi-Trailer		Reference exhibits	We introduced the polyurethane open foaming method to manufacture vehicle insulation panels for the first time in Japan. We call the insulation panel “PANECT”, and this trailer is a Flat Panel Gull-Wing Semi-Trailer, which is equipped with the PANECT. We adopted cutting-edge urethane foam to the PANECT. In addition, the strength of the panel is increased, so the aluminum post inside the panel is no longer necessary. As a result, we achieved 20% improvement in heat insulation performance compared to our previous models. Adoption of PANECT improves insulation performance and reduces energy consumption for cooling. In addition, the cutting edge urethane foam adopted for PANECT has less environmental impact and does not affect global warming. PANECT is environmentally friendly in many aspects. This trailer is equipped with the location management system and the tire temperature and air pressure monitoring system, which is under our proprietary development for trailers.

Articulated　Truck		Reference exhibits	HAMANA WORKS proposes the articulated truck which is the “MOST EFFECTIVE LENGTH AND VOLUME” in domestic history. This articulated truck can transport two heavy-duty trucks of freight at one service for realizing the customer's requests by securing the 129㎥ of capacity with the combination of 10m full tractor and 9.9m full trailer of platforms. As a result, it is expected not only improve transportation efficiency but also alleviate the lack of drivers which is regarded a problem in the logistics industry.

Z FLAP 9:1		Currently available	It is a wing car that can work using a crane when loading heavy loads and the like. The ceiling part opens more than 2100 mm and can be handled with ease by a crane. On the other side it is possible to load with a forklift like a normal wing. Regarding the indoor temperature control, we can also maintain internal temperature + 20 ° C even in the place where idling is not possible in the midwinter, using our newly developed carbon FRP sandwich panel and hot air heater.
